CLOVIS ("CLOVIS", "we", "us", "our") operates www.buyclovisnow.com (the "Site"). CLOVIS is the trading name of Louis Awode, a sole proprietor based in Atlanta, Georgia, USA. • Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and never touch our servers. We receive a confirmation of payment and limited details (such as card type and last four digits) so we can manage your order and any refund.

• Device and browsing information: pages viewed, time on the Site, approximate location from your IP address, and cookie data (see Section 5).

• To fulfil and deliver your order, and to arrange returns and refunds.
